• Free Cancellation Window: Orders cancelled within the initial few hours of placement (as mentioned on the respective product page) will not attract any cancellation charges.

• Post Free Window: Once the free cancellation period has expired, a Cancellation Fee will be applicable on eligible products.

2. Why Do We Charge a Cancellation Fee?

The Cancellation Fee helps us cover the operational costs associated with order processing. This includes:

• The time, effort, and resources invested by Shyam Textile in preparing your order for dispatch.

• Expenses incurred by our logistics partners who begin the shipping process once an order is confirmed.

We ensure that any fee charged is reasonable and does not exceed the actual costs incurred due to the cancellation.

3. How Is the Cancellation Fee Charged?

If applicable, the Cancellation Fee will be deducted directly from the amount paid for the cancelled order.
For prepaid orders, the balance amount (after deducting the fee) will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Modifications to the Policy

Shyam Textile reserves the right to modify, waive, or update the Cancellation Fee policy at any time. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable payment laws when cancelling any order.
